COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
Aldermanic Committees review proposed legislation. These committee may pass, amend, or object to legislation before it goes before the full board.
BUDGET AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
The Budget and Public Employees committee oversees all legislation that pertains to the City's budget. As a committee member, I worked to amend and approve our City's proposed budget.
LEGISLATION AND RULES
The Legislation and Rules Committee oversees bills that pertain to existing laws, elections, and voter participation.
PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND UTILITIES
The Public Infrastructure and Utilities Committee oversees all legislation that pertains to our City's infrastructure system. This includes, but is not limited to, legislation addressing streets, water, and traffic control.

CURRENT LEGISLATION
BB #33: THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CITY SHERIFF
The Sheriff must assume all duties given to the department by Missouri State Law and St. Louis City Law.
The Sheriff shall be responsible for transporting detainees in the custody of the Department of Corrections needing hospital, medical, and psychological treatment.
The Sheriff must submit a monthly itemized list of expenses to the Public Safety Committee and Comptroller's Office.
After twelve months of submitting itemized expenses, the clause will sunset and no longer be in effect.
BB #62: GOLF CART USE WITHIN THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS
Legalizes the use of golf carts on City streets.
Limits the operation of golf carts to streets with a speed limit of 25 miles per hour or less.
Requires golf carts to be equipped with certain equipment, including: headlamps, brake lights, turn signals, and mirrors.
Requires drivers to have a valid driver's license and follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws.
Prohibits the operation of golf carts while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Requires drivers to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians and bicyclists.
