Vivian graduated with her master’s degree in Political Science and Public Affairs from St. Louis University, specializing in Public Policy and Administration with focused research on municipal government management. Before joining the Ward 5 team, Vivian’s professional background included teaching Political Science at St. Charles Community College, assisting Outreach and Engagement programs for Missouri State Parks in St. Louis, and interning for the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where she got her bachelor’s in Political Science. In her free time, she likes to unwind with a cozy craft or walking through the city’s many parks.
